Hi, I am new to ArcGIS and I am currently working on a project to delineate the oil plume of offshore oil spill using satellite images. I am having trouble to extract the feature layers from a dynamic map of the Gulf oil spill (NOAA_Gulf_Oil_Spill (MapServer) ), can anyone point me a direction to do so?
