When creating a new idea, don’t automatically scroll up to the label text box if blank

When creating an idea in a community where the idea label is mandatory:

I might leave the label text box blank at first, either accidentally or on purpose, and start to write the body first instead. When I do that, after a few seconds of typing in the body, the page will automatically scroll up to the blank text box, and change the cursor’s focus. I assume it does that to encourage me to fill in the mandatory label. But it’s quite aggravating when that happens. A page shouldn’t automatically scroll around like that while you’re typing. It makes for a negative user experience, to say the least.

Could that behaviour be changed?

Thanks.
