Notifications as a context menu on hover or click

It would be nice to be able to hover over the Notifications bell icon and have a menu appear with unread notifications rather than having to click in each time and wait for the notifications page to load up.

Or click on the notifications bell and see the menu that then has an option to "see all" and will then take you to the notifications page.

Navigation could be a lot better for posts and notifications! Encourage users to participate...
