Geonet: Why e-mail notifications are not sent via e-mail as some replies?
Despite the fact that the “Email me when someone replies” option is checked, I’m not e-mailed as someone replies
What could be the issue here?
If it isn't a setting, perhaps they are going to your email's Junk box
@JamalNUMAN you may also want to try turning off the ignore posts and reviews that i have already read, this might be deterring notifications., update the for my board subscriptions to notify for all posts (includes all replies) instead of just first topic, and make sure your email notify options are set to immediate,
Other than that I would agree with Dan, check your junk mail or your mail system/ server to ensure it is accepting emails from community.esr.com.
This is to confirm that I do check the junk box and for sure they are not there! I have also checked all options you indicated in the screenshot

I have set it as “all posts”.
