Error Launching Courses on Esri Academy

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with accessing courses on Esri Academy. Every time I try to launch a course, I receive an error message that says: "Error launching course."

Here are some details about the issue:

  • Browser used: [Chrome , Firefox ]
  • Steps I’ve tried: I cleared my browser cache and tried different browsers, but the problem still persists.
  • Courses affected: [ALL]

If anyone has encountered this issue before or knows how to resolve it, I would appreciate your help.

The issue has been resolved, and Esri Academy is now working very well. It seems that the maintenance process for Esri Academy has been completed.

Thank you for your patience, and if anyone else encounters similar issues, clearing the cache or using an updated browser might help.

I'm facing the same issue with Esri Academy courses.
Tried clearing cache and using different browsers, but no luck.
Hoping for a solution soon!
