form a new industry community

Hello! We are leading a project to build Esri solutions within a large banking/financial system. I don't see an industry group associated with our sector.

Could I form a new Industry group for Banking and Finance? I know our peers are already Esri users.

Is this something Esri needs to do? Can it be done?
