Storymap issues

Working on my storymap and it will not let me input a link for a photo to an existing point. Also when I give the thumbnail a title it deletes it. Another issue is if I add a point with a picture storymap wont save it and it wont let me get back into my map.

Thanks for the input mark. My one thing is that everything loads, once it loads it either doesn't stay on the story map or it just stays blank.

Tyler,

Are you referring to everything loading in the builder or viewer?  The features should load properly as the Feature Layer is valid, the problem is when you go to make any modifications to that layer (edit attributes, geometry, add/delete features). That layer does not allow that as the capabilities have been restricted.  Have you tried updating the capabilities of the underlying Feature Layer to see if that resolves the issues you are seeing?

Capabilities of the map on the story map or ArcGIS desktop? If so where do I go to do that?

The capabilities of the Feature Layer.  Your Map Tour is using this web map (http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=5d281c848f6341039e2b26881d7098ea ), which uses this Feature Layer (http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=2fa683ce0330458184372ba622e6ab03 ) for the Map Tour layer you are trying to update, specifically (https://services1.arcgis.com/4ezfu5dIwH83BUNL/arcgis/rest/services/Water_Trail/FeatureServer/1 ).  If you scroll down to the bottom of that, you will see the supported operations, this is what needs to be updated.  More info here: ArcGIS REST API .
