I have an ArcGIS Story Map Journal with road construction projects on the first page. I would like to be able to let users click on the map and zoom to the section which describes the project they clicked on.
I can do this by appending the "?section=" to the Story Map URL as part of the webmap popup, but this method creates a new tab.
Is there a way to advance the selection buttons on the left when the user selects a project on the home webmap?
Thanks,
Mele

Mele -- there isn't a way to configure that type of behavior in the Map Journal Builder, but you can try this via customization. What you want to do seems close to what's described in this article.
