I'm trying to update my story map but every time i change the name it changes the description to what the name is as well and vice versa

Everytime I change either the name or the description of the places on my story map they copy each other and say the same thing. any help?

Really need a bit more info like which Story Map app are you using (there are several ). Also how are you specifying those fields. For example are you typing them in somewhere?

Hi Rupert,

Thank you for getting back to me. Under "Map Tour" when I go to "Add a new

Tour Point" three options appear: Media, Information Location. Under the

"Information" tab there are to spaces, one for "name" and one for

"caption". When put in my information for name and for caption and click

"add point tour" and click view the information I provided for the

"caption" appears in both the the spot for "caption" and for "name". Is

there a way to fix this glitch? The name of my map is "Community Engagement

20016-2017".

Hi Tariem,

I am having trouble reproducing the issue you are experiencing.  Can you provide more information for us to take a closer look?  What browser are you using?  Are you uploading images into a feature service, or are you pointing to images hosted somewhere on the web?  Can you provide a link to your Map Tour?
