The story map was working fine and displaying in IE 11, but suddenly only the text and nothing else shows up. It works in Firefox.

Thank you for detailed reply, Nicole.

I'll try to compare the two URLs you've shared and see if there's any difference content-wise. But, do you know if appid=1c16ffa206244f03953a33b06617df7b was built after the September release (~ September 18th) of AGOL and if the previous app was built before?

If so, I'd see if you can use the ArcGIS Online Assistant utility to simply make a copy of the Cascade application in your content and see if the duplicated app works correctly in IE as the next step.

Thanks,

Aravind

Thanks for your help. Both story maps were built before the the 9/18 release. I rebuilt the Meacham story map this weekend on Chrome and now it displays nothing in IE: https://ctuirgis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Cascade/index.html?appid=c89c60de68ad416b9317bed72dbdc358

Also, the ESRI support person working on my ticket again said that IE is not supported. Although ArcGIS.com lists it as a supported browser. This is incredibly frustrating.

So I removed the Web Scene from the original and now it displays fine in IE: https://ctuirgis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Cascade/index.html?appid=be2aff2d79934c1a80e93fd66b91a37b. But I REALLY want to include the web scene and I've seen it work fine in other story maps while viewing in IE, for example: https://storymaps.esri.com/stories/2015/river-reborn/index.html

Hi Nicole,

That is helpful to isolate. I can reproduce the problem on my end with a simple webscene in Cascade against IE 11. Let me get back to you with some updates.

Thanks,

Aravind

Hi Nicole,

Just a quick update. We're seeing this behavior on our end with a couple of web scenes, Cascade and IE 11 and we'll have someone follow up with you on the Esri Technical Support-side of things today to inform you on how you can keep track of this. Meanwhile, we will investigate this more.

Thanks for being very helpful and patient thus far. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

Aravind

I'm having the same problem with my 2 most recent cascade maps. I've made a number of others in a very similar format, also using ArcGIS Online, and haven't had this problem before. Is there a fix for this yet?

Hi Vicki,

A bug was reported but as far as I know it hasn't been fixed yet. I just removed the web scene from the story map and everything worked fine again.
