We have been working with a story map crowdsource app for a while now. We just realized that user's cannot add contributions. We have tried using different browsers and different accounts or guest users, and we get this message when submitting the contribution:
"An unknown error has occurred and your contribution could not be saved. Refresh your browser and try again."
However, when we try to add a contribution while signed in with the user who owns the app or the organization administrator, we have no problem submitting and approving new contributions.
We don't know how long has this been going on but the last contribution someone made as a guest user was on March, 20th. Any tips on how can we fix this?
Thank you in advance!

It looks the feature service settings have been changed and adding new points is now longer allowed. Administrators are always allowed to edit a feature service even if these permissions have been turn off. The easiest way to fix this is to open the feature service item page on ArcGIS Online and click on the Settings tab. Then make sure "Only add new features" is selected under What kind of editing is allowed?
As a reference, this is what the default feature service settings are set to when created through the Story Map Crowdsource builder:

The solution above fixed the issue for almost all the phones/tablets we have tested but we are still getting that error when trying to submit on their BlackBerry. Has anyone else had this issue?
