In a tabbed Story Map can you set up a tab to have the side bar change depending which polygon you click on, rather than simply having a pop-up for each polygon you click on? For example, could you set up a tab where the map shows hunting units within a state and when someone clicks on a hunting unit the side bar changes to show the regulations for that hunt unit (either images of the pages from the hunting regulation book or written out hunting regulations) and links to further information?
