In the Cascade template, it seems that if I'm not the owner, I cannot upload photos, even if the storymap is shared to an editable/update group I belong to. Initially, I owned a map, and shared it to an editable group with a person who's a Publisher, and when she uploaded photos, it would just hang. I created a new storymap, made her the owner, and shared it to an editable group and now I can't upload photos even though I'm an administrator.
