I am using the Imagery basemap zooming in on western Iowa. The imagery changes depending on the mapscale I select. If I am looking at 1:2000, the image is leaf off. If I zoom out, the image is leaf on. My goal is to keep a leaf off image. Is there a setting I am missing?
