Connection with ProjectWise Web (link doesn't work)

Hello,

i've a point layer with some attribute that are the link to documents inside projectwise web. 

when i click on a point then to the link appears me this option:

if I open through ProjectWise Explorer works fine, but I want to open it through ProjectWise Web but every time that I choose that option give me this error:

I think is due to some authentication that doesn't work (i've always CONNECTION Client activate of Bentley)

Can anyone help me?
