Attribute Rules and Contingent Values at the 2022 User Conference

I have set some attribute rules to work create an ID field based on a sequence I have set up. When I published the feature class. When I published the feature class, it seems as if the attribute rule is not honored using the online editing tools.

Is there a way around this?

If you refresh, is the value populated?  When an AR is fired and changes a feature, the apply edits returns the edited info in the response.  Many ArcGIS Online clients do not read this response and refresh the data appropriately.  Also, review the ArcGIS Server logs on debug mode and identify when the AR fires.  See if there are any errors reported.
