SDE connections broke data sources

I started having issues with any feature classes that are using an sde connection as a data source. Everything shows up fine in ArcMap, however, once published to a PMF, all of my feature classes using an sde connection, have broken links. Has anyone had this happen?

Are you using Application Server(ArcSDE Service) or Direct Connect. I would suggest you to use Direct Connect and check how it works. Make usre the user name and password is checked before publishing.
