I have i problem with ArcReader SP3. I c'ant use Indentify tool in the find tool.I use the find tools in the index layers. I return to the old version and is work well.
If this seems to have been working before in a previous version, and now you have upgraded to SP3 and seen issues. I would suggest looking into the latest service pack, please downloading and installing SP4 for ArcReader, which I am including the URL for you. Gracias!
