Hi, did anybody respond to your query? I too am struggling to find the html pop-tool in ArcReader but also don't understand why the attachments that work perfectly in ArcMap aren't carrying across to the published ArcReader (.pmf) document even though they are supposed to be stored within the geodatabase. Grateful for any advice anyone can give.
