How to use Publisher/Reader for 3D model?

I need an explanation on how can I view in ArcReader a 3D model developed in ArcScene?

Do I need first to load the model into ArcGlobal and then publish it? If that is the case can you please explain it step by step how its done??

Any updates on this topic??

I always just export my models out to vrml format and then use a free viewer such as Cortona3D instead of ArcReader - however I would prefer to use ArcReader if possible...
