How do I modify/edit PMFs? I have a Publisher 60-day Trial.

The second question on this page seems to indicate the ability to edit PMFs with ArcPublisher... http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcreader/common-questions

Is it possible to edit with Publisher? Namely, I would like to take an existing PMF and add a layer to it.
