Arcreader Not Responding Issues

We recently upgraded to Arcreader 10 & placed our mapping on 2 brand new windows 7 laptops.  Arcreader keeps freezing up & it will go to not responding.  It usualy will finaly give you the option to close the program or wait for it to respond.  Typicaly after a few minutes it will "wake up" & continue working.  Anyone have any ideas to get this to stop?

We are having the same problem and we are using ArcReader 10.  The find button, depending on the machine can take anywhere from 15 sec - to 2 minutes and acts if it is going to lock up, sometimes it does lock up and sometimes FIND finally opens.  After that the tool works fine.

Were you able to fix this issue. I'm seeing this as well and also right clicking the find results and clicking Identify won't open the identify window.

Occasionally it flashes in a minimized state then disappears entirely.
