Do I need to install Arc Reader if I have already installed ArcGIS 10 and ArcGIS 10 SP1. Isn't the reader already incorporated in the ArcGIS program?

Not sure if it comes preloaded or not but my guess would be no. If you need reader you must be publishing maps or have the data package to view one. Try opening one up and get your answer whether you need to download or not.
