Has ESRI stopped allowing access to the Tele Atlas address locator ? Starting 1/1/2012 we no longer have access to the Tele Atlas service. We do have internet access through our air cards. This has been checked and is active and functioning correctly. Has anyone else running this older version been having the same problem ?
Before anyone say that we need to upgrade to version 10.xx, I agree. Unfortuniatly we are having driver conflicts with other software that we are currently using. Until we can resolve those issues we are stuck with 9.2 for the time being.
