Trimble Positions - some accuracy data missing

So I've encountered this a few times now and I can't figure out why it's happening.

I'll collect data over the course of a day or two days and most of the data comes back with corresponding accuracy info. But, some of the data is missing accuracy info and when I check it in using Trimble Positions Desktop I get a message saying that only a certain number of features out of the total features collected/edited are added to my session and to check the log file for more details. I'm not finding anything useful in the log file in terms of this problem. Only the data that is added to the session can be post-processed and updated, thus posting accuracy values in my "Estimated Accuracy" field.

Those other features that don't get added to my session still show up in my geodatabase, just without accuracy information.

I'm using the latest release of Trimble Positions Desktop Add-in and ArcPad Extension and am using ArcPad 10.0.4 on Trimble GeoXT 6000 units.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Thanks,

Kerry
