When a quickproject is created, it automatically creates several default fields in the shapefile table (Name, Category, etc) . Is it possible to modify these default fields, specifically add others that are automatically created during the creation of the quickproject? I have seen that version 10 allows you to create templates, however, I am currently using version 8.
