Not all point features check out after redoing relationships.

I have been successfully using ArcPad 8.0 with related tables from my personal geodatabase for several months.  At one point, we decided to collect data differently (in two tables instead of one).  I created those tables and relationships for them from a point feature class and deleted the relationship to the original table.

I could not load data from the old table into the new tables because of the relationships but since we were in the middle of collecting data, I decided to wait until we were done (or so I thought).  Yesterday, I deleted the relationships, loaded the data from the single table into the two tables that we had been using, then restored the relationships.  Everything looks great in Arcmap.

It turns out we have just a bit more field work to do.  After checking out the data now, only some point features show up and they appear to be random.  I can't see what makes these different from any other points.  I've had points not show up before when they were missing info in the fields that created the relationship (my silly mistake), but this is happening on data that we've already used in ArcPad.  I do have a backup of the database, but I'd really like to solve the problem rather than go backwards.  Ps.  ArcPad says everything checks out fine and for the random points that do actually check out, all the related info is there.
