Identify form and coded value

I'm having trouble getting a coded value to display in an identify form.  Data has been checked out from our enterprise sde into .axf.   The coded value can be labeled for features on screen but only the code (integer) displays on identify.

I've had this problem before as well. There is a fix to it although I would have to do some research to find the answer. A quick fix is simply to change your coded value to the description value.
