I upgraded from ArcPad 7.01 to 8 (sp3) on a GeoXT (2005) with GPS Correct 2.20. The tree inventory application I was using no longer collects the GPS data. I also had a custom toolbar, but don't need to use it anymore. I end up with blank X, Y and ID (combination of X&Y) columns. The GPS data shows up on the status bar at the bottom of the screen and on the GPS position window. I've been adding the X-Y data in ArcGIS, but I'd rather not add the extra step. I've tried changing to collecting the GPS location and where the user clicks--neither makes a difference. I'm fairly new at this, but would appreciate any help. Thanks!

The attached arcpad.zip file has the original ArcPad.vbs that worked with version 7 and the modified version arcpad(tree survey).vbs I've been using.

Your current version of GPSCorrect will not work with ArcPad 8.0.  I attached a screenshot from Trimble and it looks like 7.0.1 is the last version you can use with GPSCorrect 2.20.  Sorry.
