We are using ArcPad version 8.0.0.88 and I am getting different views that appear on the Feature Properties Window when udpating the attributes.
When saving the .apm and .axf on my C drive and then copying over to the mobile device (TrimbleGeo XT or Socket Pocket PC) the Feature Properites window displays properly with the field names and dropdown domains (nice clean form).
When saving the .apm and .axf on a mapped network drive and then copying over to the mobile device (TrimbleGeo XT or Socket Pocket PC) the Feature properites window displays every field name with a prefix of "abc" and truncates the full field name (have to expand column to see full name).
We prefer to save the origanal data to mapped network drive due to the fact of checking it in to the same location.
can anyone shed any light why these forms look different depending on where the sorce file was copied from?
