convert network data to .navmap files

we have our own street network data and need to use it for navigation with ArcPad After a lot of search we found that there were a Geo-Processing toolbox delivered within Streetmap Mobile SDK 9.3 software to convert network data to .navmap files Kindly inform us how to get those tools or give us an alternative solution
the solution keys are
-SDC GP toolbox
- convert geo-database network to .navmap
-convert geo-database  network to SDC network

Hola Mohamed,

If your street network has a navmap file, like the streetmap premium does and I see you have ArcPad. You are always able to use the DDA from within the ArcPad 10 folder directory, and then created smaller areas of navmap files to be used within ArcPad on your devices.  The DDA can also add in SDC files into it directly, then you will be able to make a navmap file of the extracted smaller area of interest.
