Change measure tool meters to ft

I added the measure tool to my apx file...but when I test it it outputs meters...
How do I change this to output feet...

Noticing also that the scale bar is also meters...i need feet...

Is this more of a global setting?  Setting Metric or not?

I believe you need to click the hammer and nail tool icon, select options and change your units to feet there.  Most likely need to save it and then re-open.

I strippped down my toolbar and now cant find it...
I went into the ArcPAD toolbar manager and found a couple with hammers but nothing with a hammer and nail...

Ones with Hammer were (reproject shapefile,packshapefile,export project info)

Anyone know where it is?

I GOT IT....IT was the "OPTIONS" control...I had "ADVANCED OPTIONS" in there and it was the wrong one...
