Can't connect to ArcIMS servers

Hi,
I have Magellan MobileMapper CX (WinCE 5.0) with ArcPad 7.1.1 and I can't connect to ArcIMS servers - I can't see available services 😞 Even on http://www.geographynetwork.com. I type the URL address and tip refresh, the clocks are showing on the screen and nothing. Even I let them for 5 minutes. I'm using Internet connection over mobile/cell phone. ArcPad installed on my notebook with Windows XP, using the same Internet connection list the available services in a moment 😞

Any suggestion?
