Hello Trisha. What type of positional accuracy are you looking for out of the tablet? I would recommend taking a look at the Leica CS25 GNSS unit. This is a Windows 7 ruggedized tablet PC with an integrated high accuracy GNSS board for ~0.9 meter accuracy using SBAS as the correction source down to 10cm or better when using the tablet as a handheld device. You could increase accuracy to 1cm by adding an external antenna kit as well. The Zeno Connect software allows you to utilize the high accuracy GNSS in Esri ArcPad.
