ArcPad Template

I'm using ArcPad 10 on my mobile device and am looking for a template to use to capture polygons in the field.  I'm interested in the template displaying attribute data to include Area, Acres, Perimeter, GPS Date/Time, PDOP, #Satelites.  Does anyone know of a good template available?

Check out my post on this thread regarding the "Add XYZ" applet.  If you set up a feature class or shapefile with the corresponding fields specified in the applet this info will automatically get recorded.  You just need to make sure you've copied the applet into your applets folder.
