I am getting the following error when I load up ArcPad 10 sp1 on my GeoXMs and my PC.

Try reloading Sql Server Compact. It's under ArcPad Deployment Manager. Make sure that it says successful.

Also, from my experience, to get SQL to load correctly, you must have the Microsoft Mobile Sync Center connected and running.

In addition to Jason's comments be sure to install all 3 separate components that  install during the 'Install SQLce for Windows Mobile' procedure. After each  SQLce component is installed, the mobile device is rebooted to continue with the  installation process.

[/INDENT]I recommend re-deploying the SQLce  components to your mobile device through ArcPad Deployment  Manager.
