Arcpad and AXF not keeping Scale Dependency

I have a AXF template that contains forms that I checkout on a daily basis. However, I put in the template scale dependencies for the symbology. For some reason the scale dependencies never transfer to the checked out axf for new data. Everytime I use the Arcpad map I have to go back in and set the scale for the symbology. Any help on this subject would be appreciated.

This is actually a current limitation in ArcPad at the moment. I would send a note to ESRI support and get another note attached.
