I am having trouble getting the Lock extension for ArcPad (http://arcscripts.esri.com/details.asp?dbid=14038) to work with ArcPad 10. I realize there is a lock button already built in to ArcPad 10, but that teeny tiny button is driving my users crazy!
I have put the appropriate .dll into the extension folder, and added the button to a toolbar, this is all fine. I am able to click the button to lock Arcpad, but I am unable to unlock it using the "tap the left edge and right edge of the screen" method. The only way I can unlock it is to tap on the tiny little lock in the upper right corner of the screen. Is there anyway in ArcPad 10 to use the Lock Screen extension instead of the little built in lock?
