ArcGIS10 crashes when trying to export style sheet

I have some symbology I would like to use with ArcPad. I'm using a file geodatabase, ArcGIS10SP2, & ArcPad10. I have tried saving the Style Sheet in the ArcPad folder in Documents, in Program Files, and have made a copy and put it on my desktop trying to save it there as well. Every time I've tried, ArcGIS crashes. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?
