Greetings all!

I have ArcPad 10 running on a Trimble Juno SC (Windows Mobile 6.1 OS). I need to be able to specify absolute X Y coordinates when creating a new point shapefile while in the field. I see that I can edit X Y for vertices in lines and polygons, but not points. Any suggestions? If I'm missing something obvious, please let me know.

Thanks!

Hi Gregory,

Create a point by clicking on the screen, when the edit form pops up fill out your attribute informaton and then go to the geography tab. Here you will see the x and Y values. Edit them and your done.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,

Gareth
