World File using Garmin GPS Track

Hi Everyone,

I have an aerial photo (jpg) without a world file. However, I do have the following information:

- Ground resolution of the photo
- Location of the camera in WGS84 LatLon
- Bearing of the plane (+/-180 degrees)

How could I create a world file using the information above?

I have tried to do this myself by reading the ESRI help on world file at:

But, it isn't clear to me how one can calculate the shear factor and skew angle.

Any help will be much appreciated.
