Timestamp - feature Class/ shapefile to KML

Hi, Everyone.

I need to export a 3D buildings from shapefile/feature class to KML and I need to create a timestamp according with a column in the table of attribute.

Is that possible? How? Is there a adds-in, tool or something like this?

Any input is welcome!
