Hi, I have this problem:
- For develope a Rubber Sheeting Function I need IPiecewiseTransformation
Question:
- ArcMap must be installed or I must have only a license for the procduct to use this Class, because I received this error:
ComException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {4212862A-ABCD-4EB2-A887-ED20732048D9} failed due to the following error: 80040154.
On the version Engine 9.3.1 with ArcMap installed works fine..
