programatically Kriging interpolation + setting requiered fiels

I'm working with ArcMap 9.3 developing a extension with C# (.Net) a i need to program a Kriging interpolation method...

So... i have the problem that i don't know how to build "semiVariogram_props" property needed to apply these method.... 😞

¿could anybody give me a light about these topic?
