I just upgraded from ArcEngine 9.3.1 to 10.0, and I then uninstalled MilitaryAnalyst9.3 to upgrade to the 10.0 version. I have installed/uninstalled/reinstalled a few times, and each time I do not get the ESRI.ArcGIS.DefenseSolutions.dll, so I can not add the reference to any of my NET code. Any guidance would be appreciated.
FYI, I am using Visual Studio 2008 on a Win7/64 laptop. Thanks.
