LoadSXfile error 0x80004005

This project from ArcGIS samples:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\DeveloperKit10.1\Samples\ArcObjectsNet\SceneControlNavigateAndBookmarks\CSharp

Error when I try to open sxd-file.

What is wrong?
How to solve?

PS: Is there anybody who used axSceneControl?

My system:
Windows 8 prof. 64.
ArcGIS Desktop 10.1, ArcInfo + 3D Analyst
Visual Studio 2010 prof

Hardware: Notebook ASUS N56VJ (intel i7).

I don't have Engine but I know you have to initialize ArcObjects, have you done this? Look here and here.

Before rise error, axSceneCotrol show 3d map!

But after show map, rise error.

I think its enought for check license.
