In the MXD generated using a another mxd as template, there is a object that link to a MS word (.doc) file. The template set up is correct (which links to the .doc). But calling SaveAs on MapDocument object, the word object shows blank. I open the template in ArcMap, did a "Save As" and it maintained the object link. Anyone experience this?
How can I preserve the object link? Or is there a way to re-insert that object from a .doc?
