How to set min and max value for stretchType: esriRasterStretch_PercentMinimumMaximum

Hi there,

I've been trying to work our how to set the min and max values for Percent Clip in ArcObjects

This question has already been asked on StackExchange however no-one has really been able to answer it....

Perhaps someone here has some input?
