How to Identify feature on Map Control using C#

I am new to ArcObject. Previously I use ArcView GIS 3x with Avenue Script. I use ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 and ArcGIS Engine 9.3.1. Can any body please post a sample code to do the same function?
