please help
is there any method in arcobject to check whether active view is refreshed or not. as i am exporting active view after creating callout and making lot of layers visibile in runtime and also changing the extents but not getting callouts and layers in the export . may be map is not refreshed when export is getting called , i dont know.
please somebody help
